Dream cast -- who would you choose?

Let's say that you were handed the reins to cast a production of Tanz der Vampire -- could be the eventual film, could be a new English production, could be any production in general. Who would you put in the major roles? The rules for this thread are as follows: As long as you pick a majority of the roles, you don't have to do the whole list. Your choices can be anyone big in musical theater on Broadway, in the West End, or in Europe, or even someone more famous than that. Big key -- if you're going to choose people for any role, you must justify your reason for choosing them.
